If he’s bare-chested, he’s just not dressed as Santa. He’s an elf at the most. So pointy ears okay, but beard is out.

A santa hat is OK — but a fake beard and/or elf ears are just creepy. Now a sack of toys (??!) jauntily carried over the shoulder — naughty AND nice. I’d leave out cookies and milk for a guy like that.

I am an erotic romance reader. I am not sure about the dressed as Santa of an elf being sexy. I don’t think hiding behind a beard would be something I liked, and why put a bunch of padding to had a buff body. But if a sexy Santa will give me what I want, I could put up with it for a while

If said, not bare-chested man was in tight red pants, knee high black leather boots and had a black leather belt around his waist, I would have to say HOT! As for the beard and/or elf ears, I guess it would depend on the beard and ears. If they were cheap, cheesy, obvious fakes I would have to call Foul. But if they were well done and realistic, I would still be okay with it.
