It’s very difficult for me to pick a favorite anything, much less a favorite romance book, but for this hop I’m choosing Jennifer Crusie’s Anyone But You, because it hits that romance sweet spot for me: funny, sexy, tender, and endearing. If you haven’t read it, check it out!
For Nina Askew, turning forty means freedom–from the ex-husband, freedom from their stuffy suburban home, freedom to focus on what she wants for a change. And what she wants is something her ex always vetoed–a puppy. A bouncy, adorable puppy.
